DANGEROUS: exploded battery
I’m really sad. I purchased a few months ago for my mother but hadn’t gotten around to transferring phones yet. I took it out of the case today and saw that the phone was swollen and busting out on the side. The battery inside exploded. I am so grateful that it HAD NOT given to my mother yet because if the battery exploded while it was plugged into an outlet it would have exploded and likely burned down the house. So sad that it’s past the return window and I’m out $$$ for a faulty phone never used. 😭

Not unlocked on Verizon
The description says that this phone is unlocked on every carrier when, in fact, it's not. This phone is not unlocked on Verizon network. This was a total waste of time, and I am extremely disappointed.

Was OK at first and then was horrible
This was my mom‘s phone I get I bought it for her it worked OK. It did buzz a lot and people texted or when she put in charger but that was only thing until it shut down on her today and I am severely not OK with this it’s a 2015 phone And it should they should say that I trust Amazon, but this is just straight ball. I’ll never buy a phone from you again.
