This is well built, all metal, very sturdy. would be too much for smaller enclosed area. I'm using on a 20'×15' deck and its too much for that. even on its lowest setting its a bit loud due to the sheer air volume it moves, not the motor itself. i purchaesd an aftermarket outdoor fan speed regulator so i can now adjust the speed even lower, and it works perfectly. the only manufacturer improvement wold be to include that dial reguator. had one small issue, customer service was great and easy to work with. would buy again!

We bought this for an outdoor deck. It does put out a lot of wind.. not as much as I would have expected, but still a lot. The drawback.. it's LOUD. Even on the lower setting it's annoyingly loud. Yes I realize to make wind, you have to use power and the blades going thru the air will make noise... but it's still loud.Seems like they are using SPEED of blades, with blades that aren't angled that much, to make the wind. I have a ceiling fan at home that has more efficiently shaped blades and spins much more slowly to make almost as much wind.

This fan is VERY noisy and not what I was expecting nor hoping for. We bought this and had it professionally installed in a corner of a covered boat dock. Unfortunately it wouldn’t take much of a lake breeze to swing it around to face a different direction. I believe the rotator arm has broken now, as it won’t oscillate anymore. And to top it all off, it is an extremely noisy fan.Had high hopes for this fan and am unfortunately very disappointed.

easy assembly, sturdy, well built. Blows like crazy even next to a wall. Oscillates - stays cool -- is kind of loud.

The fan works well. It tilits and oscillates. It is very heavy and well built. I put 4” heavy duty lag bolts in my brick to hold it. Only issue is how to change the oscillating feature. You’ll need a Phillips screw driver every time. No a huge issue just an inconvenience.

It’s powerful. When I turned it on I thought I was at an airport with a Piper Cub taxiing to take off. Fairly easy to install. Cord length just right. Installed on wall in a covered patio about 12’ from pool. When the fan turns towards the pool it creates wave action. Other than being a bit noisy it cools the area well.

As far as the fan goes it came out of the box and went right back in. It’s to big for the space I want so I wanted to send it back and get a smaller size. I have yet to receive confirmation, a refund (which it maybe to early for that). I have reached out to the seller multiple times with no response. This is not a cheap piece of equipment and I expected at least a response.

Great fan, I have purchased three of these for my barn and they work good.
