This is a lot nicer than I expected for the price. The velvet fabric is thick and plush. The gold embellishments are well done and even the seams have sparkly gold piping as a finish, as you can see in one of my photos. I included a pic of the zipper, which opens and closes smoothly though is a bit tiny. Also, this is a vintage red, more of a deep rich burgundy like you would have seen in mid-century homes at Christmas when I was a kid. (That’s the color I was hoping for.) I ordered a 22 x 22 pillow insert for the cover, which is 20 x20. I was worried the insert would be too large but I had no trouble getting the cover on. I like the plumpness for what I’m only using as a decorative pillow. I think a 20 x 20 insert would work just fine if you wanted a flatter look, but you may or may not have a little extra fabric at the corners. I expect this to last a good many years.

This pillow cover is so beautiful and soft. The workmanship is impeccable and worth every penny. I LOVE IT!! The downside for me is this cover was not the one I intended to purchase. It does not go with my decor.I am so disappointed because it is so nice. The embroidery is excellent. I wish I could use it somewhere in my house but I have no use for it. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. I highly recommend!

I love this pillow cover! The material is soft and thick. The pattern is really sophisticated and it fits my 20 x 20 pillows perfectly. I have bright white decor and this pillow cover is white, but not bright white, which actually doesn’t make much of a difference in my case. I also want to note that the trim on the pillow is more of a tan material with silver threading in it. From the pictures I had assumed it would be grey. It is such a nice pillow cover still and it blends in wonderfully and is so beautiful! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the silver snowflake threading has began coming out in a couple of spots. It’s not a big deal though. It still looks really good and no additional pulling has occurred. I’d definitely still recommend this pillow cover even with the slight defect mine has.

I was a little hesitant at buying these since it’s a bit pricey for just the cover. But glad I did because they’re even much prettier in person! The red is not too bright or too dark and the embroidery is nicely done with hints of gold outlining it. Just what I needed for that splash of color for my gold and ivory decor!

Great pillow case! Very soft and looks great!

The pillow case cover is beautiful. It has a rich red color with gold embroidery. I especially like the binding sewn around the perimeter. It gives it a finished detail and makes it look like a very well made pillow cover. Now if only the opening was in the center back, instead of a zipper, I would be able to get the pillow insert inside really fast. That's only a small matter and no one should hesitate to buy this. Thank you very much. I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to use it. Should I use a 20x20 or 22x22 insert? I can't decide which to order.

Absolutely beautiful... the quality is amazing.First I bought 2of then and once i saw it I had to buy more!!!! I ended up buying 3 different designs- Reindeer ( Christmas tree and reindeer)- Santa sledge ( U7)- snow reindeer (U6)Can’t be more happy with my purchase, JUST BUY IT!

The white and blue I ordered: Expensive, but so lovely. Thick, durable and soft material. Well made. Looks great.The red one: I don’t know whether it is good quality because I haven’t used it yet - it smells awful! It also took forever to get here (from China). It is NOT “Homey Cozy” brand (see photo). Obviously this is why it was cheaper. :(
