Love it, my perfect comforter it like a weighted blanket for my shoulder,, it works great, that straps are great easy to put on and stays in place, works cold or hot and you can put it back in freezer for a fast refreeze for another session, I'm recovering from a torn rotator cuff, I wear it on my way to PT, use it 1st the morning, and the evening at home and It stays hot for a while and pop it in the microwave again for a fast reheat, It's a must for rotator cuff/bicep /tricep injury, highly recommend great product, great price

I purchased this to ice my hip and it works perfectly. The size and shape captures the entire area. I like the way one side is soft and covered in velvet and the other is vinyl- if you want intense you can is the vinyl side, of you want less intense you use the velvet side.It stays cold for about 45 minutes, and you could ice two areas with one go- 20 minutes for each.area.It is well made, very sturdy material.The velcro straps are okay, but awkward, I prefer to use it in a lying position.

This is an incredible ice pack, it’s flexible soft and stays cold for hours.

The cold and hot neck wrap felt nice on my upper back. The plush underside helped with the comfort and to keep it from feeling too cold against the skin. Unfortunately, at least on me, it did tend to slip backwards so that the button strap cut into my neck up front and the cooling portion didn't rest on the back of my neck at all.

Good for back or leg. Great quality no complaints.

The product is well made but the design is flawed. When you put it on, it is very heavy in the back and gravity pulls on it making the front attachment pull on your neck. If you aren't laying down or sitting down on a couch keeping it will do this. I don't know how they could change the design to be more balanced but this was my experience trying it out. I mean, it is not a bad product and did give relief and I will still use it.

This is exactly what is advertised. It's well made, it covers the whole back. The velcro is good quality. It folds up to fit in the freezer. You never know when ordering online but I'm happy with this purchase! If you have any reservations in deciding, I can say just order it!

This ice boot works really well. It is a easy way to wrap a ankle or foot. The velcro works as it needs to. I think the price was just right . Have not tried it as a heating boot..
