It is pretty plain on it's own but I added some xmas balls and ribbon and now I think it looks very nice!!

Update: Buyer beware! Now that I'm decorating with the garland, I wish I had sent it back when I received it. Every single strand (I bought 6 strands) is 4" - 6" SHORTER than the 9 feet advertised. This makes a huge difference on stair railing when the full amount is needed. Also, though it looked thick at first glance, I didn't fully pull out any branches at the time. It isn't anywhere close to being 10" in diameter, or I might be able to fluff it out on the ends to fill up the empty space. This garland is a huge disappointment. I was replacing garland that had glitter on it, but no lights or berries. At least it fit, and I may just go back to using that. NOT a better value, but a big waste of money.The garland arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I opened all 6 boxes of garland and plugged in the lights, and they all worked. The garland is stiff, but can be managed. However, I didn't look closely at the amount of red berries in this garland before purchase, so when I pulled the garland out of the box, I was disappointed to find that on every 9' strand, there are only 3 small springs of berries. My expectations were too high for a colorful garland. Because it is thick and has lights, was a better value than most, and is lighted, I will keep the garland and add extra sprigs of berries once the garland is hung at Christmas time. But if you're expecting a lot of pretty red berries, you won't find it on this garland.

I wanted some nice lighted holiday garland for my banister, and this fit the bill. It's not too decorative and most importantly, did NOT have any glitter to get all over the place! Linked easily to a second garland as 9 feet does not go very far when it's winding up a banister. A bit pricey though.

I used two for a thicker look on the top of the mantle and so that it can hang down longer on the sides... I added some more gold ornaments and I love the finished look!

Exactly what we were looking for. Perfect length to drape over hallway openings. It is simply beautiful without trying too much. The garland bends and curves easily, which was helpful when forming it to shape. Very happy with the purchase!

So cute! Just a little fluff of the branches and it looks stunning on my fireplace mantle with my nutcrackers, and mini flocked Christmas trees.

I purchased 4 of these garlands to use on an outdoor deck banister. They looked nice, and the lights had a nice warm glow (not the super bright white). However, it was was extremely disappointing (and frustrating) when 1 garland strand stopped lighting after only 4 hours of use. I have contacted customer service via email, so I am hopeful that something can be done as it is ridiculous for a product like this to break so quickly.
