Very happy with this product! Provides a lot of stability without restricting movement. Well made and easy to use. Fit is snug and as expected for my size. Less hot and sweaty than braces that cover the whole knee. I feel like I could wear this all day comfortably. Good value for price. Highly recommend!

I'm a very active person and workout almost every day. Years ago I had a serious knee injury and ruptured my patella tendon. Major ouch. It was reattached but now I have chronic pain. My other knee doesn't feel too good either. I tried this device and continued my regular workouts, which consisted of a combination of cardio and weights. It does two things. It supports my knees by exerting pressure above and below my kneecap, and my knee joint tracks better and stays in alignment during my workout. Any leg equipment I can max out with the weight, but it was painful. With these straps the pain went away. I took off a star because the Velcro tabs are a bit small and will occasionally pop off during a strenuous workout. Other than that, they're easy to put on and are very comfortable. Unlike pressure sleeves, these do not apply any pressure to my kneecaps.

I have psoriatic arthritis which causes a lot of inflammation and swelling at the joints. I have had a lot of pain in my knees, including swelling and the feeling that the back of my knee is so tight/swollen that I can't fully bend my knee. This is also very painful. I have used a brace/strap which goes underneath my knee caps, but not above. I found this and it has changed my life! This secures my knee above and below my knee cap and has reduced the pain and selling in the back of knee so greatly that it is almost as if there is no swelling. The strap which goes around the back of the knee is wide enough to reduce swelling/pain, but not so wide that it causes pinching or movement restriction. I tried another brand of this type of strap and the band that goes behind the knee caused pinching with every step. I compared the size of the strap which goes around the back of the knee, and the other strap is at least 1/2" wider. My leg measures 11 1/2" below my knee cap and 13" above my knee cap. This strap can easily be adjusted to fit a bigger leg. I plan to order two more so that I can wear one on each leg and have an extra set for each so that I can used two for sweaty work/exercising and use two others for when I am not sweating.

The Velcro holding the brace on already pops open (medially) after only 3 days of wearing it. Other than that, it works great for my knee condition! It feels much more stable with it on.

For many of the people with anterior knee pain (pain under the kneecap/patella) this design has proven a popular choice. It is light-weight, reasonably comfortable, and doesn’t tend to slip down the leg as most other knee sleeves do. Also, it doesn’t seem to get as sweaty and stinky. :)Using the straps is a little tricky at first, but after a short learning curve they are actually very simple and user friendly.These are not very expensive so for people with these types of problems it’s often worthwhile to give them a try.

I've only had this knee brace for about 2 months and the velcro is starting to not stick. It works great for my knee pain but unless they can get the velcro to stick better it's useless.

This product and others like it are not being recommended for helping my condition. Permanent Hyper-extension of my left knee from stroke damage on my brain's right side. I have a full leg brace that goes from the bottom of my foot up to my hip made from carbon fiber. It is clunky and cumbersome to wear all the time.I tried this device because a trusted friend thought it would help. It does. It is a nice alternative to my full leg brace when I don't want to be in full armor. The strap gently keeps my knee in check, and serves to remind me to walk correctly and not over step. It's not a replacement for, but certainly helps when I am not wearing, the full leg brace.To be clear it does not 'prevent' me from hyper-extending. The strap helps "remind me" to keep my gait & not hyper-extend.

The Velcro did not last very long and would not hold the support in place. This happened after having the product for 2 months.
