My wife has a condition that causes her to lose her hair. Over time our bathroom sink has developed a drain problem until it takes an inordinate length of time for it to drain.I put a sizable quantity of lye over the drain plug, turned on the hot water and shazzam it was almost like a small eruption as lye was flushed down into the drain and even some steaming occurred. I let things hang in the air for bit then continued flushing the lye down and the drain behavior was good as new again.

This product is so helpful to have in the household to unclog the bathroom sink, kitchen sink, bathtub. Anything with a draining system, use just 3 teaspoons and whaaaa laaah... unclogged. I don't have to call a plumber 🪠 anymore because I've become the plumber 🪠.

As a soapmaker it's difficult to find a good reliable source for lye that's priced reasonably but also has a dependable quality. This is the only brand I've used that's been 100% consistent every time. I can formulate my soap recipes with ease knowing the lye calculations won't need to be adjusted due to weakness in quality. This will be my go to from now on!

This is good stuff when I don't have the ash to make my own lye. I have used this to make over 20 pounds of soap. Good soap all. I make lard soap and coconut with shaybutter soap.
