I use these to adjust the temporary projector screen in the back garden. Wire it up tight and then tighten using the tensioners. Great and good price.

I was pleased to try these 'TooTaci M4 Stainless Steel Turnbuckle Wire Tensioner Heavy Duty,10pcs Adjustment Turnbuckle Hook, Small Turnbuckle Wire Strainer, Use for Garden Wire Tension, Fence Wire Tensioner, Cable Railing'. I have an allotment where I use these tensioners, with wire to make a support for my raspberries and other fruit. I have to make a support for my new small fruit trees that are going to grow in espalier fashion. I also use them in the garden for training wires for our climbing roses. They are a very handy piece of kit.1. You get 10 well made stainless steel tensioners in a little zip lock type plastic bag, that you can store any remainder in.2. Each turnbuckle is 10cm long x 1.3cm wide in the middle,1.6cm hook and 1.4cm ring. The thickness varies from 3mm to 9mm. You cannot bend them at all with your hand - they are very strong.3. All you have to do is attach an anchoring ring to the upright, link the hook into that, attach your wire with the special little crimp to hold it in place, to the ring. Then do the same at the other end. You then tighten the tensioner to take the slack out of the wire and hold it taught. It is practical and looks good at the same time.4. The current price of £16.99 is good value for money, in my opinion.

These are really nice quality and are absolutely perfect for getting a good tension on my sun awning to prevent it flogging in a breeze. I used these with some stainless steel eye plates to get the job done. Nothing more to say. Does what it says on the tin i suppose.
