Wrong information on site
Ordered this tube based on the information on the site about it fitting a 3 sided Hiland patio heater. After receiving the tube, found out it was not the right size for ny heater. The size they said I needed was 52.2" and actually, for my 3 sided Hiland heater, I needed the one they say is for the 4 sided heater - 49.5" And apparently no returns. Not getting any response from the site.

Measure before you buy!
I have a 3-sided heater (Lava Heat Italia), so, based on the description on Amazon, I bought the 51.2" size. Turns out I needed the 49.5" size. No returns means $60 down the drain.
