Great brand made with clean products. I get enough Copper from my healthy diet. But I’m recovering from surgery and this was recommended for more healing benefits. I’ve used Pure brand supplements in the past for Zinc, so when I needed some Copper, it was a Pure no-brainer.

Very effective supplement. Easy to swallow, no taste.

Doctor said I needed to up my copper levels, however one morning I was sick after taking these. But I also had other medication as well, so I cannot actually say if it was this that caused it. But after not taking this, I didn’t feel sick anymore.
