Works great. for left or right leg issues.
Been dealing with Sciatica for 6 months. Part of my therapy is walking 1 miles 3 times a day. This product rocked, the only thing I can say that is if your buying for the left leg, the American flag is not showing. Im a size 34-35 inch waste fits no problem.

Great brace for sciatica
I started having the worst back - sciatica pain and I tried many methods to help with the pain but nothing was working so I tried this brace and it took a few days of wearing it but wow it really helped.
