It was fantastic in instant ramen when i prepared it over the stove. I don’t use the microwave for ramen so i cannot attest to that. As can be expected it will add a slight aroma and flavor of fish to whatever you put it in, but not overpoweringly so.When i prepared it with the noodles i first place a few spoonfuls of the product in and boiled them for a couple of minutes then i added the noodles for the normal amount of time for them to cook. The texture of the mix was slightly firm and quite pleasant.The size of the container was surprisingly large and i expect it will go a long way. The mix itself is at the size i expected and is perfect for soups.

This is a great addition to give the cheap ramen packs a nice boost on flavor. The only down side using this it takes a long wile to like 20-30 minuets to properly stew down and rehydrate. So make sure you cook these a wile before adding the noodle block, otherwise you'll have noodle mush or very chewy veggies if not cooked long enough. I add my noodle block at the very end, and turn the fire off/through a lid on for a couple minuets as I like very firm noodles.

mostly seaweed and carrots. tofu is so small that you'd miss it entirely if not for being white. couldn't find a bit of mushroom or green onion to save my life. and found the mix to be too sweet for my liking due to too many carrots. HUGE bag though, so there's that. i wouldn't buy again and probably won't use what I've got. disappointed.

Large package makes this a good value. I love popping in a handful for a crunchy snack or throwing some into my ramen. Rehydrates perfectly.

Hydrated dried vegetables in chicken bouillon for 12 hours and they were still chewy like gummy bears. Not sure they will ever soften enough that my fa I'll ly would eat them in soup

YIMI IS BACK!!! omg this vegetable mix has been out of stock forever and i am thrilled it is back! its the only one i can find that doesnt have onion! no shallots/leeks/green onion/dried onion at all!!! usually these mixes are so onion heavy you cant even taste anything else this stuff is amazing (note: some of their products do have onion i am referring to vegetable mix 1)

I'm so lazy some days, so this is perfect for me! I won't give you a recipe because everyone is different but will tell you the two ways I cooked them. Yesterday, I actually microwaved barley and then added the veggies and some vegetable broth to water. Delicious! Had a stressful day today so I just used one heaping teaspoon of the veggies and 1 cup of water with a vegetable broth paste and microwaved for 2 minutes. Wonderful (for me). I like my veggies crisp so 2 minutes was good although a fussier person may not like the not quite cooked taste. Experiment! The minute you open the package you'll smell the aroma of veggies. I will be ordering more (makes good survival food if unable to shop). The shipping was fast and the price was fair for the amount of veggies in the bag. Yummy!
