Similar to some premium computer mice. Very nice to feel and fidget with the hands. I don't get what some of these reviewers expected, they're not plush dolls. They're soft, not squishy. It's still a lighter, made of plastic. It's just a nicer plastic than most. The seller also included a handful of replacement flints, prolonging the life of these lighters by years!I reccomend Clipper lighters to anyone who wants a standard hand lighter and has half a brain.

Really nice lighters. The “soft” isn’t a squishy rubber feel, but more of a smooth silicon texture almost like some phone cases. I was disappointed it didn’t offer the free 2-day shipping for prime members, but it arrived the third day - which was 3 days earlier than estimated! Also, all 4 lighters arrived already filled with butane and ready to go. Would highly recommend! The only thing these lighters do not have is a flame control toggle, but that’s with any Clipper and has nothing to do with the seller or this particular lighter.

These lighters feel soooo luxurious! It is a soft matte black it feels nice to hold and nice to look at, the only issue is the flame is very high.. but with my experience with Clipper lighters this tends to be very common, not mad at it! Definitely recommend.

Not sure but i think maybe folks are confused on these?Soft refers to the flame. It is a soft flame versus the torch type flame usually created with refillable butane lighters. Soft flame is good for pipe smokers. The torch type flames will burn the Briar on my briar wood bowls.Also, on mine they are a standard sized flame until you tip the lighter sideways. When tipped these lighters automatically switch to a larger flame. Then back to normal when upright again.And as they mention the flint tower pulls out, from the top. Not only is it a replaceable flint but you can pack or stir your tobacco with it(the flint section). About 2 to 3 years in and they're starting to act funny by not starting every time. But that's a good duration for 4 lighters for a few bucks.

I wouldn't knock them for not having the ability to adjust the flame, but the flame on these is way too large. The largest one is over 1.5" tall! All are taller than the average BIC. The biggest problem with this is that combined with the tiny size of the lighters, they are not going to last long between refills. They are too small to be comfortable in my hand. They need to be at least 1/4" longer and larger in diameter. Also they are marketed as being "soft". They are not softer than typical plastics used for lighters, just have a flat finish.

Great lighter, refillable, changeable flints. Haven’t had to buy another lighter. Great for the environment instead of buying disposable lighters.

I love Clipper lighters, and these are first-rate versions. If you’re looking for something fancier than the regular ones, these are great. I like these much better than the metal ones — especially the pipe lighter, which seemed like a great idea, but clogged with flint dust after about one month.Also this seller (AZ Discounters) is excellent as well — always fast shipping!

I've been using the clipper mini for about 2 years and never thought about looking up the original size, super happy with the purchase! Gifted 2 of them to friends and gave them some flints as well. Great way to cut down on disposable lighters.
